Whenever a refund has been processed for a student, email communication will be sent from the HU Business Office to the student's HU email.  Please make sure to check your HU email for all the correspondence coming from the HU Business Office.

You can also log in myHU > Finance > My Account Balances > Accounts Receivable where you will be able to view your complete account history including all refund checks that have been posted.  

If you no longer have access to HU email or if you are not able to log in, please visit the Office of Information Services portal and create a ticket.
