If you have moved and your 1098-T reflects your former address, please note that this is acceptable. We will not reissue or resend 1098-T forms to updated addresses. As long as your SSN/ITIN and the reported amounts paid are accurate, your 1098-T form remains valid for use.
If you still have not updated your address with HU, please visit the Records & Registration support portal and create a ticket.
