International Funds/Wire Transfers are facilitated by our payment processor Convera.
Convera wire transfer allows you to pay in your local foreign currency via bank transfer, or by using a wide range of local online payment options including WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, ChinaPay, INR Bank and many more without incurring any transaction charges.
While there is no extra fee, foreign currency exchange rates do apply to these types of transfers.
These types of transfers also take longer to process than an ACH or Credit/Debit card payment, so please be sure to start the transfer process well before the tuition due date.
New Students: start a transfer using your Admissions Portal:
You can easily start a transfer by logging in to your admissions portal, clicking on Submit Payment, and choosing the International Payment option. Once you have selected that option, a new window will pop up allowing you to choose the country where you bank is located, and it will show various transfer options available to you.
Returning Students: start a transfer using your MyHU account:
You can easily start a transfer by going to the Finance Section of your myHU account, clicking on Make a Payment, and choosing the International Payment option. Once you have selected that option, a new window will pop up allowing you to choose the country where you bank is located, and it will show various transfer options available to you.
