Former students of Harrisburg University—including those who have graduated, withdrawn, or are no longer enrolled—who have a delinquent balance will continue to receive regular billing statements until a final notice outlining their remaining account balance is sent. If the balance remains unpaid, the account will be escalated to the University’s Account Resolutions Office, and a one-time $115 placement fee will be added to the account.

Please note that any changes to your address, email, or phone number made after your withdrawal or graduation must be reported to the Records and Registration Office to ensure you continue to receive official communications related to your account balance.

The Business Office does not offer payment arrangements prior to referral to the Account Resolutions Office. Students are strongly encouraged to pay their balance in full before their account is sent to Account Resolutions to avoid further complications. Once referred, students will have 90 days to either pay in full or establish a payment plan through Account Resolutions. During this time, no collection fees will be charged, and the account will not be reported to credit bureaus. Payment plans will be available; however, students will remain ineligible to re-enroll until the balance is fully resolved.

If no action is taken within the 90-day period, the account will be transferred to a third-party collection agency until payment in full has been made. Once transferred, additional collection fees will apply, and the account will be reported to credit bureaus.

To avoid additional steps, fees, and long-term impact, students are urged to pay their account balance in full before the referral process begins.
